Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to welcoming new residents at Sky@eleven to our community. Secondly, I’m taking this opportunity to update you on some recent developments at our community and pass on some information for your benefit.

Sadly, due to the forecasted inclement weather and the weak response to date, our Estate Party has been cancelled and we will accommodate a refund to all residents (within 7 days) who have registered. If you have any queries please do contact the Management Office at +65 6570 6901.

I am pleased to say that we have now installed new doors to the Recycle Bin Areas adjacent to blocks 5 and 7. This should help in maintaining and managing rubbish on the estate. I would ask your help in that you would not dispose of bulky waste in these areas. All bulky waste must be brought to the Bin Centre located adjacent to the main gate. If you are not sure where to dispose of your bulky waste items please contact Veera and Sue at the Management Office or the Security Officers for directions.

Please assist us by NOT disposing of bulky waste into the bin chutes as the items can damage the trash bins. We have recently experienced several such incidents where heavy pots have been thrown into the Trash Chutes and we have incurred costly repairs as a result to our Garbage Handling equipment. Only loose or wet kitchen waste (sealed in plastic bags) is to be disposed of in the refuse chutes located in your apartments.

I would like to thank all of you who follow and obey our traffic by laws on the multi-story carpark and driveways.

Please do continue to observe the bylaw and please do not drive against traffic or speed. We will continue to do random sample monitoring on the CCTV footage and/or act on related feedback from residents in order to enforce the by-laws.

Please do drop by the Management Office to fill in a form. Forms are also available at the guardhouse or drop us a email with your Name, Block, Unit No and Contact No and email to the Condominium Manager at skyeleven@singnet.com.sg
