The Management would like to update all residents that at the recently convened 6th Annual General Meeting on Saturday 14th January 2017, there was much discussion on the driving against traffic by-law. Members present opined that the speeding (Speed Limit in the Condo. is 15km/hr) or driving against traffic in the condominium premises is a serious offence and a danger to life.

Members present deliberated and agreed with a majority vote of 56 to 9, NOT to send any more FINAL REMINDERS and to clamp the vehicle immediately if any resident is recorded via CCTV footage driving against the flow of traffic.

All Resident’s do note that this is the direction of the General Meeting and the Management Committee and the Office will have to enforce the by-law as directed.

Please DO CONTINUE TO OBSERVE the bylaw and please do not drive against traffic or speed. We will continue to do random sample monitoring on the CCTV footage and/or act on related feedback from residents in order to enforce the by-laws.

If you have a TRANSPONDER, PLEASE PARK at the upper level. It’s the Chinese New Year period, many visitors will be coming to Sky@Eleven, and we request the cooperation of all residents to park their vehicles at the upper decks. PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLES AT THE 1st LEVEL. THE INCONVENIENCE IS TO OUR VISITORS.
